Para ello, se ha usado una genoteca de sobrexpresi\u00f3n para identificar inhibidores de la divisi\u00f3n. entre los genes aislados, adem\u00e1s de funciones desconocidas, se encuentran inhibidores previamente caracterizados y genes implicados en diversas funciones como s\u00edntesis y degradaci\u00f3n proteica, metabolismo del rna, estructural del nucleolo, citoesqueleto y glicolisis.  de entre ellos, se presenta la caracterizaci\u00f3n del bloqueo producido por un mutante incompleto en la enzima fosfogructoquinasa 1 (pfk1), enzima clave en la regulaci\u00f3n de la ruta glicol\u00edtica, que puede revelar una novedosa conexi\u00f3n entre metabolismo y ciclo celular.  esta prote\u00edna interacciona f\u00edsica y gen\u00e9ticamente con la enzima clave en la regulaci\u00f3n de la ruta de bios\u00edntesis de \u00e1cidos grasos (acetil coa carboxilasa, cut6).  un alelo termosensible y un mutante incompleto de esta enzima generan un fenotipo de bloqueo id\u00e9ntico al producido en el caso de pfk1, observ\u00e1ndose en ambos casos defectos en cariocinesis y citocinesis por interferencia en funciones de citoesqueleto, como desregulaci\u00f3n de los niveles celulares de gamma tubulina.  estos datos sugieren la existencia de un complejo en el que participan pfk1 y cut6 necesario para el progreso del ciclo celular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
