En el contexto de esta reforma, y a semejanza de otros ej\u00e9rcitos, en espa\u00f1a se pone en marcha el proyecto de creaci\u00f3n del m.A.D.O.C. Las fases del proceso hasta el momento presente constituyen el cuerpo central de este trabajo, basado en la utilizaci\u00f3n exhaustiva de todo el ordenamiento jur\u00eddico sobre el que se fundamenta.
