Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En ratas machos normales de la cepa sprague-dawley, con un peso aproximado de 200 g, hemos realizado un estudio del nucleus circularis del hipotalamo, empleando tecnicas ultraestructurales e inmunohistoquimicas, en las que se han utilizado antisueros contra vasopresina, oxitocina y proteina s-100. Asimismo, con tecnicas inmunohistoquimicas se ha estudiado esta agrupacion neuronal en animales sometidos a diversas circunstancias experimentales: administracion de furosemida, inyeccion de agua bidestilada, privacion acuosa durante 24 o 48 horas, privacion acuosa durante 24 o 48 horas seguida de rehidratacion durante 24 horas, sobrecarga salina (suministrando como bebida una solucion acuosa de cina al 2%) y sobrecarga salina seguida de rehidratacion durante 24 horas.  algunas de nuestras observaciones mas importantes han sido la constancia del nucleus circularis, su constitucion por neuronas magnocelulares vasopresinergicas y oxitocinergicas, distribuidas al azar en el interior del nucleo y muy proximas entre si. Hemos comprobado que no existe un encapsulamiento mielinico alrededor de este nucleo como fue referido por otros autores.
