{"id":22573,"date":"2003-11-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-11-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/soporte-vital-avanzado-ventilacion-mecanica-en-ambiente-hipobarico\/"},"modified":"2003-11-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-11-04T00:00:00","slug":"soporte-vital-avanzado-ventilacion-mecanica-en-ambiente-hipobarico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/soporte-vital-avanzado-ventilacion-mecanica-en-ambiente-hipobarico\/","title":{"rendered":"Soporte vital avanzado: ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica en ambiente hipob\u00e1rico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Alberto Hern\u00e1ndez Abad\u00eda De Barbar\u00e1 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fundamentos  este estudio analiza las alteraciones que se producen en el volumen corriente, suministrado por un ventilador mec\u00e1nico en cada ciclo respiratorio, cuando disminuye la presi\u00f3n ambiente donde se aplica la ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. esto ocurre en las aeroevacuaciones de pacientes con ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.  poblaci\u00f3n y m\u00e9todos  se experiment\u00f3 con el ventilador mec\u00e1nico de transporte m\u00e1s utilizado a nivel mundial en el aerotrasnporte sanitario, aplicando la modalidad de ventilaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica controlada, sobre animales sed.  se realiz\u00f3 el estudio experimental con perros de raza beagle a los que se sed\u00f3 profundamente (ramsay equivalente = 6), se les intub\u00f3 orotraquealmente ox\u00edgeno medicinal puro, (fio2 = 100). El experimento se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el interior de una c\u00e1mara hipob\u00e1rica (centro de instrucci\u00f3n de medicina aeroespacial del ej\u00e9rcito del aire), disminuyendo gradualmente la presi\u00f3n en el interior de la misma hasta una equivalente a una altitud de 10000 metros, y posteriormente regresando a la de inicio. De este modo se simul\u00f3 un perfil de un vuelo de alta cota en el interior de una aeronave sin capacidad de presurizaci\u00f3n, para comprobar los cambios en el volumen corriente desde 680 a 10000 metros de altitud. Se sometieron a estudio 10 animales y se realizaron mediciones con cada uno de ellos en 14 altitudes (presiones ambiente equivalentes) en la fase de ascenso y 6 en la de descenso.  resultados  los datos obtenidos mostraron un aumento en el volumen corriente suministrado por el ventilador mec\u00e1nico de transporte, en todos los animales y en todos las altitudes, al disminuir la presi\u00f3n ambiente. Se comprob\u00f3 con significaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica la existencia de una correlaci\u00f3n entre el aumento del volumen corriente y el descenso de la presi\u00f3n ambiente.  conclusiones  1,- el
