Esta complejidad inherente de los sistemas empotrados. Esta complejidad inherente de los sistemas se ve agravada por la heterogeneidad de los recursos y de las herramientas de s\u00edntesis de bajo nivel. Por tanto, cada vez m\u00e1s patente la necesidad de nuevas metodolog\u00edas y herramientas de dise\u00f1o que permitan aumentar dr\u00e1sticamente la productividad de los dise\u00f1adores.  el enfoque m\u00e1s com\u00fan consiste en especificar el sistema completo, con un nivel de abstracci\u00f3n elevado, y despu\u00e9s realizar un particionado y completar el dise\u00f1o de hardware y software de forma independiente. Esta aproximaci\u00f3n no escala  bien con el aumento de complejidad, y adem\u00e1s a\u00f1ade numerosos problemas de dif\u00edcil soluci\u00f3n.  esta tesis propone un enfoque radicalmente direrente para el dise\u00f1o de sistemas heterog\u00e9neos de elevada complejidad: homogeneizar los recursos y ofrecer abstracciones de muy bajo nivel, que eviten la separaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o de hardware y software hasta el final del proceso de dise\u00f1o. Nuestro enfoque puede resumirse con la frase.  construyamos sistemas complejos homog\u00e9neamente sobre un conjunto heterog\u00e9neo de recursos, en lugar de construir sistemas complejos heterog\u00e9neamente sobre varios conjuntos homog\u00e9neos de recursos.  la metodolog\u00eda propuesta extiende los conceptos utilizados en el desarrollo de software empotrado, utilizando un compilador hardware-software como herramienta principal, y un peque\u00f1o substrato de sistema operativo hardware-software, que ofrece los servicios b\u00e1sicos de comunicaci\u00f3n y sincronizaci\u00f3n entre los diferentes componentes del sistema. A diferencia de otras aproximaciones, la interfaz de todos los componentes del sistema es id\u00e9ntica.  se ha implementado un prototipo de entorno de desarr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
