En una primera aproximaci\u00f3n este campo se subdivide en dos grandes \u00e1reas: la disoluci\u00f3n y el estado s\u00f3lido. Este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n pertenece al segundo grupo y est\u00e1 centrado en el estudio de sistemas arom\u00e1ticos nitrogenados, los azoles, en estado s\u00f3lido; con objeto de establecer que tipo de supramol\u00e9culas se forman mediante enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno. El objetivo fundamental de esta tesis doctroal es estudiar nuevos sistemas para conocer como afecta la introducci\u00f3n de diferentes grupos en la formaci\u00f3n de n-meros en el cristal y al fen\u00f3meno de la transferencia prot\u00f3nica intermolecular en estado s\u00f3lido (isspt).  las conclusiones extra\u00eddas sobre los sistemas estudiados son las siguientes:  los derivados 3(5)-bromo-1,2,4-triazol y 3(5)-cloro-1,2,4-triazol existen, tanto en disoluci\u00f3n como en estado s\u00f3lido, en forma del taut\u00f3mero 3-bromo-1h,1,2,4-triazol y 3-cloro-1h-1,2,4-triazol, lo que ha sido demostrado mediante el uso de la rmn cpmas y de la difracci\u00f3n de rayos x. Asimismo, los resultados de los c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos b3lyp\/6-31g* acerca de la estabilidad de las diferentes formas taut\u00f3meras est\u00e1n de acuerdo con los resultados experimentales. En estado s\u00f3lido, ambos compuestos forman cat\u00e9meros de orden dos que se disponen en cadenas paralelas y no existe transferencia prot\u00f3nica intermolecular. las estructuras en estado s\u00f3lido del 3,5-dibromo-1h-1,2,4-triazol y del 3,5-dicloro-1h-1,2,4-triazol son pseudoisomorfas, y se presentan como tr\u00edmeros c\u00edclicos unidos mediante enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno entre el prot\u00f3n unido al n1 de una mol\u00e9cula y el n2 de la siguiente, siendo los \u00e1ngulos endoc\u00edclicos indicativos de desorden prot\u00f3nico. Experimentos de 15n rmn cpmas a temperatura variables, muestran que ocurre transferencia prot\u00f3nica triple degenerada o cuasi-degenerada mediante efecto t\u00fanel, siendo las cin\u00e9ticas en
