A su vez, han emergido proveedores que desarrollan programas formativos basados en estas nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, buscando una mayor eficacia y un abaratamiento de los costes, frente a la formaci\u00f3n tradicional.  el prop\u00f3sito de esta investigaci\u00f3n es analizar y comprender los programas formativos que se imparten en tres empresas espa\u00f1olas: la caixa, bsch y endesa. La pregunta principal de la investigaci\u00f3n consiste en conocer cu\u00e1les son los factores contingentes y c\u00f3mo influyen para que un programa de formaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, sea usado y alcance sus objetivos y por tanto, tenga \u00e9xito. A \u00e9sta le siguen las sobpreguntas de investigaci\u00f3n, que se centran en saber:  a,- cu\u00e1les son los factores contingentes de participante, y c\u00f3mo influyen en los resultados de un programa de formaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.  b,- cu\u00e1les son los factores contingentes del formador y c\u00f3mo influyen en el programa.  c,- cu\u00e1les son los factores contingentes de contenido y su influencia en el programa.  d,- cu\u00e1les son los factores contingentes del entorno y c\u00f3mo influyen en el \u00e9xito de los programas formativos.  esta investigaci\u00f3n utiliz\u00f3 el estudio colectivo de casos. Se puso el \u00e9nfasis en las actividades de recoleci\u00f3n de datos y en su an\u00e1lisis e interpretaci\u00f3n, para minimizar los problemas de validez y fiabilidad. Los datos se fueron reuniendo a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas con los directores de formaci\u00f3n, jefes de proyectos de e-learning, gestores, participantes y tutores de cada una de las empresas. Otras fuentes de informaci\u00f3n fueron las observaciones, los documentos y resgistros de archivos. La din\u00e1mica de trabajo fue como sigue.
