{"id":22768,"date":"2018-03-09T09:13:04","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/reacciones-de-cicloadicion-selectivas-de-complejos-alcoxi-y-haloalcoxi-alquenilcarbeno-de-fischer-con-olefinas-y-13-dienos-electronicamente-neutros\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:13:04","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:13:04","slug":"reacciones-de-cicloadicion-selectivas-de-complejos-alcoxi-y-haloalcoxi-alquenilcarbeno-de-fischer-con-olefinas-y-13-dienos-electronicamente-neutros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/oviedo\/reacciones-de-cicloadicion-selectivas-de-complejos-alcoxi-y-haloalcoxi-alquenilcarbeno-de-fischer-con-olefinas-y-13-dienos-electronicamente-neutros\/","title":{"rendered":"Reacciones de cicloadici\u00f3n selectivas de complejos alcoxi- y haloalcoxi (alquenil)carbeno de fischer con olefinas y 1,3-dienos electronicamente neutros"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Salome L\u00f3pez Gonz\u00e1lez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La memoria presentada describe los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de la reactividad de complejos alcoxi- y haloalcoxi(alquenil)carbeno de fischer derivados de los metales del grupo 6 frente a olefinas y 1,3-dienos electr\u00f3nicamente neutros.  el apartado 3.A est\u00e1 dedicado a la reacci\u00f3n de ciclopropanaci\u00f3n intermolecular de olefinas electr\u00f3nicamente neutras con complejos metoxi(alquenil)- y metoxi(heteroaril)carbeno de cromo, reacci\u00f3n que conduce a ciclopropanos funcionalizados con buenos rendimientos y altas diastereoselectividades. se investig\u00f3 el alcance y limitaciones de esta reacci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica y se ha propuesto un mecanismo para explicar la formaci\u00f3n de los ciclopropanos y la alta diastereoselectividad observada.  en el apartado 3.B se describe la reacci\u00f3n de ciclopropanaci\u00f3n de olefinas electr\u00f3nicamente neutras con complejos 2-cloroetoxi- o 3-cloropropoxi(alquenil) carbeno de cromo y la posterior reacci\u00f3n de intercambio hal\u00f3geno-litio por tratamiento de los 2-cloroetoxi- y 3-cloropropoxivinilclopropanos obtenidos con litio en polvo o litio naftaleno que conduce a oxaespirociclopropanos de 5 \u00f3 6 eslabones, respectivamente. Si en \u00e9ste proceso se parte de complejos 2-yodoetoxi(alquenil)carbeno y se utiliza tert-buli a baja temperatura para llevar a cabo la reacci\u00f3n de intercambio se obtienen vinilciclopropanoles. cuando esta \u00faltima secuencia sint\u00e9tica se realiz\u00f3 con olefinas electr\u00f3nicamente pobres se obtuvieron productos de cadena abierta.  en el apartado 3.C se expone la reactividad de los complejos alcoxi(alquenil)carbeno derivados de los metales del grupo 6 frente a 1,3-dienos electr\u00f3nicamente neutros. Cuando la reacci\u00f3n se realiza en tolueno a 80\u00c2\u00bac (tubo sellado) se forman diastereoselectivamente y con altos rendimientos enol \u00e9teres c\u00edclicos resultantes de las cicloadici\u00f3n formal [3+2], en la que el complejo carbeno participa como un sint\u00f3n de tres \u00e1tomos de carbono.
