Gran parte se dedica a la historia de la caballer\u00eda, de la historia isl\u00e1mica. Y se cita todos los nombres de personajes, lugares y batallas relacionados con la historia del mundo isl\u00e1mico mencionados en el quijote.  el tercero \u00abhuellas literarias\u00bb, comienza dando una idea general sobre los contactos literarios entre el mundo isl\u00e1mico y espa\u00f1a y el conocimiento de cervantes sobre la literatura \u00e1rabe-isl\u00e1mica.
