{"id":2280,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/componentes-de-halimium-viscosum-tormesol-aproximacion-sintetica\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"componentes-de-halimium-viscosum-tormesol-aproximacion-sintetica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/componentes-de-halimium-viscosum-tormesol-aproximacion-sintetica\/","title":{"rendered":"Componentes de halimium viscosum. tormesol: aproximacion sintetica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Isabel Mateos Oliva <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo consta de dos partes:  en la parte primera, se realiza un estudio sistematico de la parte neutra de halimium viscosum de villarino de los aires, y con esto se completa el estudio de los tres quimiotipos de h.V.  encontrados.  la parte neutra de este quimiotipo es similar a la del quimiotipo de valparaiso, pues en ambos se aislan compuestos con esqueleto valparano, valparolano y labdano, sin embargo su parte acida se asemeja mas al quimiotipo de la fregeneda, dado que en ambos se aislan acidos con esqueleto ent-halimano. Ademas se han aislado 17 compuestos, de los cuales 7 son nuevos productos naturales.  la segunda parte constituye una aproximacion sintetica a la estructura de tormesol, puesto que es el unico diterpeno biciclico comun a los tres quimiotipos de h.V. Estudiados.  esta aproximacion se ha realizado en cuatro partes:  &#8211; ciclacion de un sesquiterpeno facilmente asequible como es nerolidol, para dar lugar a una cicloheptenona.  &#8211; transformaciones de la cicloheptenona en un compuesto dicarbonilico, mediante funcionalizacion selectiva y posterior degradacion de la cadena lateral.  &#8211; en la tercera parte se forma la estructura biciclica por condensacion de la dicetona y posterior reduccion.  &#8211; la ultima parte es la formacion del esqueleto diterpenico, donde se ha conseguido un epimero de tormesol en forma
