En el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n se extraen las caracter\u00edsticas que presentan mayor relevancia sobre estas dos variables citadas, imagen y elecci\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n con relaci\u00f3n a la satisfacci\u00f3n derivada del uso de folletos, para definir un modelo de utilidad y proponer una escala que mida su eficacia, lo que permite proponer recomendaciones aplicables al dise\u00f1o de
