Por este motivo, se decidi\u00f3 realizar un amplio estudio fundamental de derivados neutros funcionalizados de esta mol\u00e9cula poniendo a punto dos equipos de evaporaci\u00f3n. En el a\u00f1o 2000, dr. Sch\u00ed\u00b6n et al., Publicaron la observaci\u00f3n de conductividad y superconductividad en mmo neutros por efecto campo. Dada nuestra instrumentaci\u00f3n y experiencia se decidi\u00f3 aplicar los derivados neutros estudiados para preparar ofets (organic field effect transistors).  se han preparado capas delgadas de elevada cualidad cristalina permitiendo en el ttf-tcnq (c\u00e1p.3) la realizaci\u00f3n de medidas de resistividad d\u00f3nde se observa claramente la transici\u00f3n de peierls. Un aumento moderado de la temperatura de sustrato (ts) comporta un incremento notable de longitud m\u00e1xima mediana de los microcristales (lm) i de la orientaci\u00f3n de las capas delgadas. En el caso de la mol\u00e9cula de tmtsf (c\u00e1p. 4) es posible seleccionar la orientaci\u00f3n molecular, cuando hay planos con energ\u00edas interfaciales similares, en funci\u00f3n de la naturaleza del sustrato y de ts. En el tmttf (c\u00e1p. 5) se obtiene una doble estructura: la monocl\u00ednica y otras estructura que no se puede afirmar si es una distorsi\u00f3n de la monocl\u00ednica o una nueva fase cristalogr\u00e1fica. En el caso del bedo-ttf (c\u00e1p. 7) tamib\u00e9n se ha obtenido una nueva estructura cristalogr\u00e1fica. En las capas de edt-ttf-cooh (c\u00e1p. 6) se obtienen unos planos paralelos al sustrato con interacciones mol\u00e9cula-sustrato m\u00e1s fuertes que en los otros mmo estudiados dando lugar a una orientaci\u00f3n de las capas inusual.
