Tras caracterizarlos y purificarlos, se estudi\u00f3 su actividad biol\u00f3gica viendo su influencia sobre la proliferaci\u00f3n celular de c\u00e9lulas tumorales humanas de p\u00e1ncreas, colon y mama. Se seleccionaron las secuencias m\u00e1s activas y se estudiaron fisicoqu\u00edmicamente y conformacionalmente, comprobando que dichas secuencias no interfer\u00edan con la membrana de los liposomas. Por \u00faltimo, se prepararon liposomas con las secuencias activas en su superficie y doxorubicina en su interior, tras lo que se prob\u00f3 su eficacia sobre las mismas l\u00edneas celulares anteriores.
