Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado un analisis preliminar para identificar los antigenos presentes en extractos procedentes de fracciones estructurales, citosolicas y de filtrado de cultivo en diferentes especies y cepas de aspergillus, variando las condiciones de cultivo y utilizando 94 sueros humanos con distintas patolog\u00edas provocadas por aspergillus. Como resultado, hemos identificado un complejo antigenico (cfc), complejo de la fraccion citosolica, en aspergillus fumigatus, reconocido de forma reproducible por los sueros empleados, compuesto por tres bandas antigenicas: banda 1 (90 kda), banda 2 (60 kda), y banda 3, (compuesta por 2 componentes de 40 y 37 kda.  las bandas 2 y 3 presentan diferentes isoformas en electroforesis bidimensional, son glicoproteinas (poseen residuos azucarados unidos por enlaces n-glicosidicos).  los diferentes tratamientos proteoliticos sugieren la existencia de un nucleo proteico comun a las dos bandas con distinto grado de glicosilacion.
