<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describe la sintesis de compuestos estructuralmente relacionados con los lignanos, productos naturales con interesantes actividades biologicas:  antitumorales, antiviricos, etc&#8230; Utilizando una metodolog\u00eda sintetica basada en la adicion conjugada de aniones de 1,3-ditianos &#8211; alquilacion de 5h-furan-2-ona se ha preparado una familia de lignanolidas.  mediante la misma aproximacion sintetica se han preparado cuatro familias de hetelignanolidas (tipos de compuestos que se describen por primera vez en este trabajo), derivados de furano, tiofeno, piridina y pirrol.  por ultimo se han preparado una serie de compuestos analogos de combretastatinas, emparentados con los lignanos pero de estructura mas sencilla.  los compuestos sintetizados fueron sometidos a ensayos de actividad como:  &#8211; antitumorales &#8211; antiviricos &#8211; inhibidores enzimaticos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
