Los datos obtenidos sugieren la existencia de una interdependencia entre las v\u00edas de activaci\u00f3n de la nadph-oxidasa y las rutas de activaci\u00f3n de las map quinasas dependiente de la angiotensina ii en neutr\u00f3filos humanos.  la angiotensina ii produce un incremento en la concentraci\u00f3n del ca2+ citos\u00f3lico, que proviene principalmente de la liberaci\u00f3n de los dep\u00f3sitos intracelulares, y en menor medida, de la entrada del ca2+ extracelular. Asimismo, la hormona induce la s\u00edntesis y la activaci\u00f3n de la calcineurina. Este hecho est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado de la activaci\u00f3n del nf-kb y de la desaparici\u00f3n previa del ik-b. la angiotensina ii induce la producci\u00f3n de o2 en anillos de aorta de rata. de manera novedosa observamos que la ciclosporina a produce tambi\u00e9n un efecto potenciador, aunque la presencia simultanea de ambos agentes no determina un efecto cooperativo, sugiriendo que ambos siguen rutas comunes de activaci\u00f3n de la nadh-oxidasa.  la norfloxacina activa a la nadph-oxidasa en los macr\u00f3fagos peritoneales. esta activaci\u00f3n es dependiente de las prote\u00ednas quinasas y del amp c\u00edclico. las organelas de los mam\u00edferos son importantes dianas intracelulares de la norfloxacina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
