Se ha evaluado la influencia de la estructura de laimina y del ligando quiral, as\u00ed como de las condiciones experimentales, sobre la reactividad y estereoselectividad de estos procesos. En una segunda etapa se ha estudiado la reacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n de alfa-oxicarbaniones, generados mediante desprotonaci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica de carbamatos benc\u00edlicos, sobre iminas proquirales, lo que permite acceder a derivados de treo-beta-aminoalcoholes con excesos enantiom\u00e9ricos de moderados a muy buenos. Finalmente, se ha comprobado que las ciclaciones via iones n-aciliminio y parham discurren de forma diastereoselectiva cuando existe un centro estereog\u00e9nico en la posici\u00f3n al nitr\u00f3geno.
