Xx en el \u00e1mbito rural.  partiendo de la realidad acuciante de la ense\u00f1anza en los barrios rurales, se describe la realidad de las escuelas rurales existentes y se analiza la pol\u00edtica desarrollada por la instituci\u00f3n provincial a partir de 1914, as\u00ed como la puesta en marcha del proyecto de escuelas rurales de la diputaci\u00f3n durante la ii rep\u00fablica, a semejanza de las escuelas de barriada de bizkaia. el desenlace de la guerra civil y la supresi\u00f3n de los conciertos econ\u00f3micos, trajo consigo la transformaci\u00f3n de las escuelas rurales provinciales y la disminuci\u00f3n de las ayudas que se conced\u00edan a las escuelas particulares.  el trabajo esta estructurado en cuatro cap\u00edtulos. En el primero de ellos se estudia el contexto de la educaci\u00f3n y la implantaci\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza primaria. En el segundo cap\u00edtulo se estudian las transformaciones de la sociedad guipuzcoana y la situaci\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza rural haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la situaci\u00f3n del analfabetismo, la pol\u00edtica de la diputaci\u00f3n y los proyectos de ense\u00f1anza rural. En el tercer cap\u00edtulo se estudia detalladamente el proyecto de las escuelas rurales provinciales con referencia a las construcciones escolares, a la inspecci\u00f3n, el magisterio y las aportaciones pedag\u00f3gicas. finalmente el cuarto cap\u00edtulo analiza el paso de estas escuelas rurales a escuelas nacionales en la etapa franquista.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
