Belen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudian 205 pacientes con lam de nuevo diagnostico con un doble objetivo: a) profundizar en el conocimiento de la biolog\u00eda de la celula leucemica en lo referente a sus caracteristicas fenotipicas y de contenido de adn, y b) conocer el comportamiento de las celulas accesorias en estas leucemias. Las conclusiones ponen de manifiesto la importancia de los estudios inmunofenotipicos en el diagnostico de la enfermedad, la ausencia de especificidad de linea de antigenos clasicamente considerados de linea linfoide y la influencia pronostica desfavorable de la expresion del antigeno cd11b. Se propone una clasificacion de las lam basada en los patrones de dispersion de luz en el citometro de flujo, que posee alta reproductibilidad. En el campo de la cuantificacion de adn destaca la baja incidencia de aneuploidias de adn, asi como la influencia pronostica adversa de la tasa proliferativa.
