{"id":23274,"date":"2003-03-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-03-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-cardiovasculares-del-bioflavonoide-crisina-en-rata\/"},"modified":"2003-03-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-03-06T00:00:00","slug":"efectos-cardiovasculares-del-bioflavonoide-crisina-en-rata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efectos-cardiovasculares-del-bioflavonoide-crisina-en-rata\/","title":{"rendered":"Efectos cardiovasculares del bioflavonoide crisina en rata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n Villar Moas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha analizado el efecto vasodilatador del bioflavonoide crisina en diferentes territorios vasculares (aorta tor\u00e1cica, aorta abdominal, arteria il\u00edaca y lecho mesent\u00e9rico) analizando la selectividad por alguno de estos lechos vasculares, as\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de los factores derivados de endotelio y los posibles mecanismos involucrados en su efecto vasodilatador. tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado los efectos sobre la contractilidad card\u00edaca en preparaciones in vitro.  por \u00faltimo se ha analizado los efectos del tratamiento cr\u00f3nico con crisina sobre la presi\u00f3n arterial, morfolog\u00eda card\u00edaca y renal y sobre reactividad vascular en un modelo de hipertensi\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica con animales shr.  los resultados de nuestro estudio nos han permitido obtener las siguientes conclusiones:  1,- la crisina provoca un efecto  vasodilatador en aorta tor\u00e1cica aislada de rata. Esta respuesta vascular es parcialmente dependiente de endotelio y \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico, y parece estar relacionada, al menos en parte, con sus propiedades antioxidantes y potenciadoras de la v\u00eda del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico-gmpc.  2,- los efectos relajantes de la crisina presentan un cierto grado de selectividad por los vasos de resistencia. En lechos vasculares mesent\u00e9ricos, la crisina tambi\u00e9n induce una relajaci\u00f3n dependiente de endotelio, mediada por \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico y factor hiperpolarizante derivado de endotelio.  3,- la crisina, a concentraciones elevadas, provoca un efecto inotr\u00f3pico negativo en el que participa el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico.  4,- el tratamiento cr\u00f3nico con la dosis oral (20 mg\/kg\/d\u00eda) de crisina induce una leve disminuci\u00f3n tanto en presi\u00f3n arterial como en hipertrofia del ventriculo izquierdo, con una mejora de la funci\u00f3n endotelial y el estado
