Se obtienen as\u00ed alcoholes quirales, sustancias de gran inter\u00e9s sint\u00e9tico, con elevadas enantioselectividades y muy buenos rendimientos qu\u00edmicos. Se consigue el desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo eficaz para la adici\u00f3n de et2zn a aldehidos proparg\u00edlicos mediante la transformaci\u00f3n del triple enlace en el correspondiente complejo de dicobaltohexacarbonilo y la posterior descomplejaci\u00f3n oxidativa permite la obtenci\u00f3n del alcohol proparg\u00edlico con excelentes enantioselectividades. Se dedica un gran esfuerzo a la optimizaci\u00f3n de la adici\u00f3n enantioselectiva de ph2zn en presencia de exceso de et2zn obteni\u00e9ndose buenas conversiones y excelentes enantioselectividades incluso empleando cantidades muy bajas de (r)-2-piperidino-1,1,-trifeniletanol como catalizador de la reacci\u00f3n. Esta metodolog\u00eda se ha aplicado a una amplia gama de aldehidos con gran \u00e9xito y tambi\u00e9n se han obtenido muy buenos resultados utilizando el ligando en soporte polim\u00e9rico. La monitorizaci\u00f3n de este proceso por rect-ir ha permitido comparar las velocidades de adici\u00f3n de las distintas especies de organozinc y ha permitido profundizar en el conocimiento del mecanismo de reacci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n se explora la adici\u00f3n enantioselectiva de me2zn catalizada por el (r)-2-piperidimo-1,1,2-trifeniletanol sobre el benzaldehido y el heptanal obteniendo enantioselectividades muy
