{"id":23333,"date":"2003-05-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-05-06T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/pola%c2%adticas-de-representacion-sindical-ugt-y-ccoo-ante-el-empleo-temporal-1977-1997\/"},"modified":"2003-05-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-05-06T00:00:00","slug":"pola%c2%adticas-de-representacion-sindical-ugt-y-ccoo-ante-el-empleo-temporal-1977-1997","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/pola%c2%adticas-de-representacion-sindical-ugt-y-ccoo-ante-el-empleo-temporal-1977-1997\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edticas de representaci\u00f3n sindical: ugt y ccoo ante el empleo temporal (1977-1997)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Emma Cervi\u00f1o Cuerva <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de la tesis ha sido analizar las estrategias que adoptaron los sindicatos espa\u00f1oles m\u00e1s representativos ante el empleo temporal para a partir de ellas deducir qu\u00e9 pol\u00edtica de representaci\u00f3n llevaron a cabo. es decir, si dichas estrategias tuvieron como fin \u00faltimo la defensa de su tradicional base de representaci\u00f3n, los trabajadores fijos, o si, por el contrario, los sindicatos trataron de defender a los trabajadores temporales. pero no trata \u00fanicamente de ver a qui\u00e9n representaron los sindicatos sino tambi\u00e9n de explicar por qu\u00e9, de las posibles estrategias de representaci\u00f3n que pod\u00edan emprender, ccoo y ugt optaron por una u otra.  la tesis muestra c\u00f3mo la teor\u00eda delos insiders\/outsiders no explica la experiencia espa\u00f1ola, el caso que debiera ser m\u00e1s favorable a sus argumentos. as\u00ed, los sindicatos no aceptaron el fomento del empleo temporal para beneficiar a los trabajadores fijos. Y ello a pesar de el contexto de fuerte rivalidad que existi\u00f3 durante los a\u00f1os ochenta entre ambas organizaciones. La tesis muestra, por el contrario, que las estrategias de los sindicatos respondieron sobre todo a intereses de car\u00e1cter organizativo. Y que debido a estos intereses, dado el crecimiento del empleo temporal y la acci\u00f3n sindical unitaria desde fines de los a\u00f1os 80, la opci\u00f3n final fue una estrategia inclusiva de representaci\u00f3n. es decir, consiguieron que se regulara una legislaci\u00f3n que favorecer\u00eda la estabilidad en el empleo de los trabajadores fijos y para ello, aceptaron como contrapartida un
