Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria damos a conocer nuestros resultados en el desarrollo de una nueva metodolog\u00eda para la sintesis de espiro- y macro-lactonas. Esta metodolog\u00eda se basa en reacciones de fragmentacion radicalaria llevadas a cabo en radicales alcoxidos, generados a partir de sustratos hemi-acetalicos (realizados a partir de modelos esteroidales). Los radicales alcoxidos fueron generados por tratamientos con (diacetoxiyodo) benceno\/yodo o con oxido de mercurio\/yodo.  se sintetizaron dos oxabiciclos (3.2.1), a partir de los que se obtuvieron espirolactonas con total regioselectividad.  se sitetizo tambien un derivado de 5-ciclodecenona 6-sustituido. Tras aplicar esta metodolog\u00eda obtuvimos macro-lactonas de 13 miembros.
