Para optimizar las condiciones de la s\u00edntesis, se analiz\u00f3 el efecto de la proporci\u00f3n inicial de pesos mon\u00f3mero: magnetita sobre las part\u00edculas compuestas obtenidas, y se concluy\u00f3 que la relaci\u00f3n 4:3 (mon\u00f3mero:magnetita) es la \u00f3ptima para la realizaci\u00f3n de la s\u00edntesis de las part\u00edculas compuestas.  de esta manera, se ha logrado el dise\u00f1o de un sistema de liberaci\u00f3n controlada de f\u00e1rmaco constituido por un n\u00facleo magn\u00e9tico, responsable de la morfolog\u00eda, peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o y propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de las part\u00edculas obtenidas: y por un recubrimiento polim\u00e9rico, muy apropiado para el transporte y liberaci\u00f3n controlada de f\u00e1rmacos. La estructura heterog\u00e9na de las part\u00edculas les confiere la capacidad de respuesta a campos magn\u00e9ticos y la potencialidad aplicabilidad como transportadores de f\u00e1rmacos.  la comparaci\u00f3n de la estructura, composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, propiedades magn\u00e9ticas y superficiales de las part\u00edculas compuestas con las de los n\u00facleos magn\u00e9ticos y el material de recubrimiento, nos muestra que el nuevo material sint\u00e9tico presenta un comportamiento intermedios entre el de las esferas de magnetita y de pe-2-ca, y posee la capacidad de ser magnetizable. Adem\u00e1s, las determinaciones electrofor\u00e9ticas en funci\u00f3n del ph y de la concentraci\u00f3n de kno3, muestran una gran similitud entre las nanopart\u00edculas compuestas y las de polim\u00e9ro puro.  una conclusi\u00f3n similar se alcanza cuando se estudia la termodin\u00e1mica de superficies de los tres tipos de part\u00edculas, la diferente naturaleza de las superficies
