(lupinus). catabolismo del \u00e1cido indol-3-ac\u00e9tico por bacterias del g\u00e9nero bradyrhizobium"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Adriana Jarabo Lorenzo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la tesis se estudia la biodiversidad genot\u00edpica y fenot\u00edpica de poblaciones rizobianas aisladas de cinco especies de leguminosas arbustivas end\u00e9micas de canarias y de varios g\u00e9neros de lupinus y omithopus de or\u00edgenes geogr\u00e1ficos muy diversos.  la primera parte de la tesis se dedica al estudio taxon\u00f3mico y filogen\u00e9tico de estos rizobios. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los aislados mediante an\u00e1lisis de polimorfismo de los fragmentos de restricci\u00f3n y la secuenciaci\u00f3n del gen de arn ribosomal 16s incluyeron a todos los aislados en el g\u00e9nero bradyrhizobium dentro del linaje bradyrhizobium japonicum-rhodopseudomonas palustris. la filogenia del arnr 16s resolvi\u00f3 tres grupos diferentes de aislados: el denominado grupo bga1 result\u00f3 muy pr\u00f3ximo a la especie b.Japonicum, de manera que los aislados de este grupo podr\u00edan pertenecer a esta especie; el grupo bta1 contiene a la mayor\u00eda de los aislados (el 60%) y \u00e9ste y otros an\u00e1lisis apuntan que este grupo puede representar una nueva especie para el g\u00e9nero bradyrhizobium; por \u00faltimo, el grupo bes5 present\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n caracter\u00edsticas que los diferencian de las otras especies del g\u00e9nero y, a la espera de una mayor caracterizaci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda representar tambi\u00e9n una nueva especie.  estas propuestas se vieron apoyadas por un an\u00e1lisis de perfiles electrofor\u00e9ticos de los arns de bajo peso molecular (arnr 5s y arnts) al resolver b\u00e1sicamente los mismos grupos que los establecidos con el gen adnr 16s. El an\u00e1lisis de la regi\u00f3n interg\u00e9nica 16s-23s y la estructura del genoma revelada por los perfiles obtenidos a partir de oligonucle\u00f3tidos de secuencias. Eric mostraron una alta diversidad dentro de cada grupo 16s, sin encontrarse en general correlaci\u00f3n entre los distintos an\u00e1lisis.
