De ingenier\u00eda qu\u00edmica de la universidad de valladolid. Concretamente el objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la idoneidad de un proceso de extracci\u00f3n supercr\u00edtica de los aromas de un caf\u00e9 soluble comercial y la recuperaci\u00f3n de los mismos por adsorci\u00f3n sobre carb\u00f3n activo, centrando la atenci\u00f3n en esta \u00faltima etapa.  tras analizar la importancia del aroma y la complejidad del mismo se seleccionan dos compuestos clave, el acetato de etilo y el furfural, como representativos de la fracci\u00f3n vol\u00e1til del aroma.
