Los gr\u00e1ficos presentes en el cap\u00edtulo cuarto son sumplementados con una extensa explicaci\u00f3n verbal de los detalles que rodean las decisiones del compositor.  en el cap\u00edtulo quinto se estudia el papel del int\u00e9rprete en el proceso comunicativo entre el compositor y el p\u00fablico, se examina el concepto de autenticidad y objetividad en una interpretaci\u00f3n musical, y la responsabilidad del int\u00e9rprete. Se estudian paralelismos y diferencias entre diversas formas musicales derivadas del g\u00e9nero tradicional europeo y la m\u00fasica de ra\u00edz africana.  finalmente se hace un an\u00e1lisis de la forma \u00abtema y variaciones\u00bb y se comparan con el tratamiento del tema por una improvisaci\u00f3n de jazz.  como conclusi\u00f3n, se presenta un estudio de la situaci\u00f3n actual de esta
