En esta investigaci\u00f3n se desarrollan m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de vitaminas (b1, b2 y e), l\u00edpidos (\u00e1cidos grasos y esteroles), perfil de amino\u00e1cidos y determinar la proporci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido beta-d-manur\u00f3nico y \u00e1cido alfa-l-gulur\u00f3nico (m\/g) de la fibra diet\u00e9tica total, aplicando t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas como hplc (uv, fluorescencia, ms) y cg (fid), complementados por an\u00e1lisis proximal de los componentes mayoritario, como parte de un estudio nutricional de macroalgas deshidratadas (palmaria sp., Porphyra sp. Himanthalia enlongata, laminaria achroleuca y undaria pinitifida) y algas enlatadas (himanthalia enlongata y saccorbiza polyshides).  en todas las algas pardas estudiadas predominan los \u00e1cidos insaturados, y los \u00e1cidos saturados son m\u00e1s abundantes en algas rojas, pero ambos grupos son fuentes balanceadas de \u00e1cidos grasos w3 y w6. Los \u00e1cidos ur\u00f3nicos se determinaron por hplc-uv, y la identificaci\u00f3n positiva de los \u00e1cidos ur\u00f3nicos se realzia por lc-ms.  la precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todos es 1.4 y 3.5% rsd (desviaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar relativa) para \u00e1cido-d-manur\u00f3nico y \u00e1cido-l-gulur\u00f3nico, respectivamente. Los amino\u00e1cidos presentes en mayor cantidad son \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico, alanina y fenilalanina. la recuperaci\u00f3n es 95.52% para tiamina y 90.08% para riboflavina, y la precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo (desviaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar relativa) es 2.66% para tiamina y 2.21% para riboflavina. El perfil de fitosteroles mostr\u00f3 que en algas paradas predomina fucosterol mientras que en las algas rojas predomina el desmosterol. Se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo cromatograf\u00eda de l\u00edquido de alta eficacia en fase reversa (rp-hplc) para el an\u00e1lisis de amino\u00e1cidos en algas comestibles.
