{"id":23500,"date":"2018-03-09T09:14:05","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aplicaciones-de-s-y-r-bisdietilaminometilbinaftoles-en-catalisis-asimetrica\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:14:05","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:14:05","slug":"aplicaciones-de-s-y-r-bisdietilaminometilbinaftoles-en-catalisis-asimetrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/aplicaciones-de-s-y-r-bisdietilaminometilbinaftoles-en-catalisis-asimetrica\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicaciones de (s)- y (r)-bis(dietilaminometil)binaftoles en cat\u00e1lisis asim\u00e9trica"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jes\u00fas Casas Casas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la memoria se describe la s\u00edntesis de derivados de (s) y (r)-bis(dietilaminometil)binaftoles, as\u00ed como su aplicaci\u00f3n en diferentes reacciones asim\u00e9tricas.  en el cap\u00edtulo i se describe la s\u00edntesis de prolinas utilizando reacciones de cicloadici\u00f3n 1,3-dipolares en condiciones de transferencia de fase con una base inorg\u00e1nica y agoac, ambos en cantidades subestequiom\u00e9tricas.  estas condiciones se han aplicado a la s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de derivados de prolina usando un acrilato quiral derivado del (s)-lactato de metilo. cuando se us\u00f3 el compuesto (s)-binolam  o sales de amonio cuaternarias quirales como catalizador de transferencia de fase no se obtuvo ninguna inducci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica.  en el cap\u00edtulo ii se describe la s\u00edntesis enantioselectiva de derivados de alfa-metil-alfa-amino\u00e1cidos usando al compuesto (s)-binolam y compuestos relacionados como catalizadores de transferencia de fase quiral bajo condiciones de reaci\u00f3n muy suaves siendo posible su recuperaci\u00f3n del medio de reacci\u00f3n y su posterior reutilizaci\u00f3n.  en el cap\u00edtulo iii se describe la utilizaci\u00f3n de los compuestos (r)- y (s)-binolam como ligandos del aluminio que se comportan como catalizadores bifuncionales en la s\u00edntesis altamente enantioselectiva de cianhidrinas y cianocarbonatos opticamente puros o enriquecidos. Estas reacciones se han efectuado bajo unas condiciones operacionales muy sencillas y en el segundo de los ejemplos se ha trabajado a temperatura ambiente. Con esta metodolog\u00eda se han sintetizado compuestos interesantes como un precursor de las epotilonas a y b.
