El m\u00e9todo automatiza el establecimiento de los valores para los par\u00e1metros de la rnfbr, incluido el tama\u00f1o de la misma, intentnado acercarlos a sus valores \u00f3ptimos.  adecionalmente, se introduce el concepto de objeto evolutivo a partir del cual se ha generado la biblioteca de programaci\u00f3n eo, con la que se ha programado el nuevo m\u00e9todo. Los objetivos evolutivos han permitido la construcci\u00f3n de sistemas que engloban a todos los pradigmas de la computaci\u00f3n evolutiva.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se realiza una revisi\u00f3n de los diferentes enfocados basados en algoritmos evolutivos que tratan de dise\u00f1ar redes neuronales artificiales. De forma m\u00e1s particular, se revisan los m\u00e9todos propuestos en la literatura para el dise\u00f1o autom\u00e1tico de rnfbr, incluyendo tanto algoritmos evolutivos como no evolutivos.  posteriormente, se describen los nuevos operadores gen\u00e9ticos dise\u00f1ados para operar con rnfbr y se realiza un estudio para determinar con qu\u00e9 factores de probabilidad deben ser aplicados. Igualmente, se estudian diversos m\u00e9todos de inicializaci\u00f3n de individuos y asignaci\u00f3n de fitness, concluyendo con un conjunto de par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimo para ejecutar el m\u00e9todo.  por \u00faltimo, se comprueba la efectividad del m\u00e9todo propuesto aplic\u00e1ndolo a diversos problemas de aproximaci\u00f3n funcional, clasificaci\u00f3n de patrones y estimaci\u00f3n de series temporales. Las tasas de error alcanzadas por el m\u00e9todo demuestran su capacidad para determinar la arquitectura de las rnfbr y entrenar los diversos par\u00e1metros que las
