Un aspecto, hasta ahora ignorado, es tenido en cuenta: la posibilidad de que exista calentamiento o enfriamiento de los electrones y qu\u00e9 afecto tiene esto sobre la corriente recogida por la sonda. Se llega a una soluci\u00f3n del sistema de ecuaciones macrosc\u00f3picas con coeficiente de transporte cl\u00e1sico, que es completamente consistente en cierto dominio param\u00e9trico, estrech\u00e1ndose este dominio cuando se considera que el transporte transversal es an\u00f3malo. dentro de este margen la validez hay un r\u00e9gimen en el que el intercambio energ\u00e9tico ion-electr\u00f3n y no la difusi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica, se encarga de que los electrones sean isotermos.  es bien conocido, que un m\u00e1ximo de potencial que aprecen las aproximidades de la sonda, hace que los iones sigan una ley  de boltzmann a potenciales de polarizaci\u00f3n negativos y extiende a potenciales de polarizaci\u00f3n ligeramente positivos el r\u00e9gimen de retardo de los electrones. Con potenciales de polarizaci\u00f3n negativos, se origina un enfriamiento de los electrones del plasma, mas all\u00e1 de la vaina de debye que hace que en la curva caracter\u00edstica de sondas, c\u00f3ncava hace abajo cuando se ignoran los efectos t\u00e9rmicos, aparezca una zona con una concavidad hacia arriba, que se aparece en cierto modo a la que se obtiene para un plasma con dos temperaturas electr\u00f3nicas. Esta concavidad hacia arriba se forma en torno a cierto potencial de polarizaci\u00f3n para el cual el enfriamiento de los electrones es m\u00ednimo. En definitiva, el enfriamiento de los electrones origina una reducci\u00f3n de corriente que adem\u00e1s, es mas fuerte, cuando m\u00e1s inhibido est\u00e1 el flujo
