Rosario <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis trata del estudio de especiaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de los f\u00e1rmacos antiartr\u00edticos piroxicam y tenoxicam con los iones met\u00e1licos cuii y feii y los cationes alcalinot\u00e9rreos. Los sistemas estudiados son interesantes por su potencial aplicaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos antiartr\u00edticos. Por tanto los estudios se han realizado en condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas. Las t\u00e9cnicas de estudio se han visto infringidas por el hecho de que tanto los f\u00e1rmacos como los complejos son poco solubles en disoluci\u00f3n acuosa. El estudio en soluci\u00f3n se ha efectuado por espectrofotometr\u00eda. El estudio se ha completado con la determinaci\u00f3n estructural por difracci\u00f3n de rayos x de los complejos de cu con tenoxicam: cu (tenox)2(py)2.Etoh. Adem\u00e1s se ha realizado el estudio de especiaci\u00f3n del cati\u00f3n fe(ii) con ambos f\u00e1rmacos en metanol y en acetona, medios en que la solubilidad aumenta considerablemente.
