Esta metodolog\u00eda se ha valido. \u00ab\u00bbIn vitro\u00bb\u00bb e \u00ab\u00bbin vivo. En este ultimo caso mediante inyecciones locales y farmacologicas. Ademas ha hecho posible la caracterizacion tiempo real de la liberacion de dopamina y serotonina esta ultima por primera vez en neurociencia. Se observo que la liberacion evocada de serotonina tenia unas caracteristicas diferenciales, posiblemente mediadas por un transportador de serotonina y 5-hiaa, votaje
