Dolores Fern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La climatizaci\u00f3n en invernaderos va encaminada hacia la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias de control \u00f3ptimo cuya base fundamental radica en la consecuci\u00f3n del m\u00e1ximo rendimiento con el m\u00ednimo consumo de recursos, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de las instalaciones. Este concepto global, que incorpora la automatizaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones y la monitorizaci\u00f3n de los efectos que provoca, tiene una importante aplicaci\u00f3n sobre las de calefacci\u00f3n, que representan el mayor consumo energ\u00e9tico en invernaderos.  para su aplicaci\u00f3n, el control \u00f3ptimo, requiere modelos precisos del comportamiento de los elementos que forman parte de las instalaciones y que influyen en el desarrollo y crecimiento vegetal. Esto, centrado en la calefacci\u00f3n del sustrato por cable radiante (c.R.), Que proporciona mayores temperaturas en la zona radicular, pero presenta costes energ\u00e9ticos elevados, conduce a la realizaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1lculos t\u00e9rmicos en r\u00e9gimen transitorio, para la resoluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n de fourier de conducci\u00f3n de calor, para geometr\u00edas complejas y variabilidad de las propiedades t\u00e9rmicas del medio conductor de calor, con objeto de modelizar los fen\u00f3menos que en \u00e9l se producen.  para la modelizaci\u00f3n de este tipo de fen\u00f3menos se dispone de m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos y num\u00e9ricos, siendo estos \u00faltimos los m\u00e1s adecuados para los requerimientos del an\u00e1lisis. Los principales m\u00e9todos num\u00e9ricos aplicados en modelos de predicci\u00f3n de temperatura en sustratos son: diferencias finitas, elementos finitos, analog\u00eda electromagn\u00e9tica y redes neuronales. El m\u00e9todo de elementos finitos (;.E.F.)
