Esto se debe, entre otros factores, al reconocimiento por la comunidad cient\u00edfica del a enantioselectividad de las interacciones entre compuestos org\u00e1nicos y biomol\u00e9culas.  esta memoria describe la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de nuevas 3-aminometiltetralonas quirales y el estudio de su afinidad por receptores dopamin\u00e9rgicos d2 y serotonin\u00e9rgicos 5-ht2a y 5-ht2c. Estas biomol\u00e9culas pertenecen a la familia de receptores acoplados a prote\u00ednas g y han sido asociados con la etiolog\u00eda de algunas enfermedades mentales tales como la esquizofrenia.  hemos desarrollado dos procedimientos sint\u00e9ticos sencillos que conducen a la obtenci\u00f3n de las aminobutirofenonas en forma de racematos. Sobre la base de estas rutas generales, y por aplicaci\u00f3n de diversos m\u00e9todos para la resoluci\u00f3n de algunos de sus intermedios, hemos obtenido las aminobutirofenonas enantiom\u00e9ricamente puras.  el estudio farmacol\u00f3gico de esta nueva familia de aminobutirofenonas ha revelado compuestos con una excelente afinidad por receptores 5-ht2a y 5-ht2c de serotonina y d2 de dopamina. Merece una menci\u00f3n especial el qf 0124b, cuyo enanti\u00f3mero dextr\u00f3giro destaca por su alta afinidad por los receptores 5-ht2a y su perfil de potencial antipsic\u00f3tico at\u00edpico como
