<strong> Benjam\u00edn Rabanal Garc\u00eda <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las diamidinas arom\u00e1ticas son una familia de f\u00e1rmacos interesantes desde dos puntos de vista: en primer lugar como antiprotozoarios y en segundo lugar como inhibidores de enzimas de rutas importantes como la de las poliaminas. ante esto, para su estudio, es importante disponer de m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos fiables que permitan su an\u00e1lisis en diferentes medios como: suero, orina o medios de cultivo.  en esta tesis se desarrollan m\u00e9todos espec\u00edficos para el an\u00e1lisis de nueve diamidinas por hplc y electroforesis capilar optimizando y evaluando cada uno de los par\u00e1metros m\u00e1s importantes que afectan a cada t\u00e9cnica. por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n se optimizan protocolos de preparaci\u00f3n de muestras que se adecuen a estas t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis y que permitan la m\u00e1xima recuperaci\u00f3n y reproducibilidad posible.  tambi\u00e9n se han obtenido los espectros de masas de cada una de ellas utilizando un equipo de hplc-masas de ionizaci\u00f3n por impacto electr\u00f3nico.  a continuaci\u00f3n para verificar la utilidad de los m\u00e9todos se llevan a cabo estudios de pureza y estabilidad de las diamindinas arom\u00e1ticas as\u00ed como la faramcocin\u00e9tica de uno de los f\u00e1rmacos (fenamidina) en ratas.  finalmente, apartir de los datos obtenidos se procede a una comparativa entre ambas t\u00e9cnicas para llegar a conocer las ventajas e inconvenientes de cada una de ellas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
