Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El cork taint o contaminaci\u00f3n del corcho es un grave problema que afecta a los vinos de todo el mundo. Consiste en la presencia en el tap\u00f3n de corcho de metabolitos de origen microbiano, que al pasar al vino le confieren aromas y\/o sabores desagradables que arruinan sus propiedades organol\u00e9pticas naturales. Entre los compuestos responsables del cork taint destacan los cloroanisoles y especialmente el 2,4,6-tricoloroanisol (2,4,6-tca).  en este trabajo se han aislado a partir de corcho un total de 14 hongos filamentosos, de los cuales 11 son capaces de producir 2,4,6-tca cuando crecen directamente sobre corcho. El 2,4,6-tca es formado en el hongo trichoderma longibrachiatum por o metilaci\u00f3n del pesticida clorofen\u00f3lico 2,4,6-tcp, siendo esta reacci\u00f3n catalizada por una clorofenol o-metiltransferasa (cpomt). se trata de un enzima inducible espec\u00edficamente por clorofenoles que puede biometilar un amplio rango de fenoles halogenados.  dicha enzima se ha caracterizado en profundidad.
