A esta muestra se aplicaron las ecuaciones de correlaciones multiples para el estudio del campo visual a partir de cuatro puntos lo cual permite acortar el tiempo de exploracion a 1 minuto (abreu, 1989), denominado sistema delphi al objeto de verificar sus resultados sobre una poblacion mas heterogenea. Se calcularon los indices campimetricos: sensibilidad media (sm), defecto medio (dm) y porcentaje de puntos patologicos (%sp) obtenidos mediante la exploracion completa del campo visual y compararlos con los obtenidos por el sistema delphi. Se extrajeron los umbrales de las posiciones 13,35,62 y 66 y se estimaron los mismos parametros campimetricas.  en una segunda parte se incluyo una muestra de 110 ojos glaucomatosos precoces e hipertensos. A la mitad se realizo en primer lugar la campimetria central de 79 puntos con estimulo blanco y luego el sistema delphi en dos ocasiones, en blanco y en verde. A la otra mitad se exploro en orden inverso.  se aplicaron dos metodos de regresion diferentes (dp y trimer).  nuestros resultados confirman los obtenidos en estudios previos sobre una muestra mas selectiva, obteniendo una sensibilidad del 70.15% y especificidad del 98.4%.
