El fin es conseguir desarrollos de cultivos larvarios que produzcan semillas de calidad para la repoblaci\u00f3n de bancos naturales.  las dos especies presentan un ciclo anual de reproducci\u00f3n con un per\u00edodo de madurez y puesta que coinciden a finales de la primavera, con un corto per\u00edodo de reposo en solen marginatus a diferencia de ensis siliqua cuyo reposo es m\u00e1s amplio.  la estrategia reproductiva de las dos especies se adapta al modelo conservador, almacenando reservas energ\u00e9ticas para emplearlas posteriormente en la reproducci\u00f3n. acumula preferentemente gluc\u00f3geno que va a emplear en el desarrollo gametog\u00e9nico y lo transforma en reservas lip\u00eddicas que almacena sobre todo en la masa visceral donde se incluyen las g\u00f3nadas.  en las dos especies los resultados obtenidos nos confirman que los l\u00edpidos neutros son un buen par\u00e1metro indicador de los estad\u00edos de madurez sexual en ovocitos, mientras que los l\u00edpidos polares reflejan los estad\u00edos de madurez sexual en espermatozoides, sobretodo se observa en ensis siliqua.  los \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales epa y dha son mayoritarios en las reservas lip\u00eddicas de los ovocitos de estas dos especies. El aporte de estos \u00e1cidos grasos, as\u00ed como del 14:0, 16:0, 18:0, 18:1(n-9) y 16:1(n-7) a trav\u00e9s de la a<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
