Para caracterizar las muestras se ha dise\u00f1ado un sistema experimental que permite obtener la respuesta diel\u00e9ctrica no lineal del material en funci\u00f3n de la amplitud del campo aplicado y del valor instant\u00e1neo de \u00e9ste. Se ha desarrollado un modelo fenomenol\u00f3gico con el objetivo de analizar los datos experimentales. Los resultados obtenidos muestran claras diferencias entre el comportamiento de los pzt duros y los pzt blandos.  la funci\u00f3n incremento no lineal de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica se ha descrito satisfactoriamente como la suma de tres funciones que dependen potencialmente del campo y la amplitud del campo. La fracci\u00f3n que depende \u00fanicamente de la amplitud del campo resulta la contribuci\u00f3n fundamental al incremento de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica en los materiales blandos, no siendo as\u00ed para los duros. Se ha observado que el estado de polarizaci\u00f3n de la muestra afecta directamente a la parte antisim\u00e9trica de la constante diel\u00e9ctrica.  de los resultados obtenidos se deduce que existen al menos dos mecanismos diferentes que contribuyen por separado al comportamiento no lineal del pzt y que su importancia relativa depender\u00e1 del valor del campo aplicado. se puede afirmar que el comportamiento no lineal de los pzt blandos se debe es su casi totalidad a mecanismos asociados a procesos irreversibles, no siendo as\u00ed en los duros donde al parecer existe una contribuci\u00f3n importante a la no linealidad debida mecanismos asociados a procesos reversibles. la correlaci\u00f3n observada entre los comportamientos diel\u00e9ctricos y peizoel\u00e9ctricos indica que, en el pzt, el movimiento de las paredes de dominio de 180\u00c2\u00ba no contribuye de manera apreciable a la no linealidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
