Estas nuevas disulfonamidas se emplearon como ligandos quirales en la adici\u00f3n enantioselectiva de reactivos de dialquilzinc a distintos aldeh\u00eddos en presencia de alc\u00f3xidos de titanio, mostrandos sorprendentemente una gran eficacia cuando se utilizaban aldeh\u00eddos alif\u00e1ticos.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se prepararon dos familias distintas de disulfonamidas c2. Una de ellas con estructura norborn\u00e1nica. La otra formada por reacci\u00f3n de diaminas arom\u00e1ticas con aminoalcoholes quirales. Esta \u00faltima familia mostr\u00f3 un mejor comportamiento en adiciones de reactivos de dialquilzinc a aldeh\u00eddos en presencia de alc\u00f3xidos de titanio.  en el tercer y \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo, se emplearon las disulfonamidas derivadas de xililendiaminas con dos estructuras de norborneno en la adici\u00f3n enantioselectiva de reactivos de dialquilzinc a distintas cetonas.  posteriormente, se prepararon nuevas disulfonamidas basadas en estructuras de ciclohexildiaminas con dos agrupaciones norborn\u00e1nicas y se emplearon en la adici\u00f3n enanitoselectiva de reactivos de dialquilzinc a cetonas, observando un comportamiento excelente para el compuesto trans-1,2-.  bis(hidroxicanforsulfonamido)ciclohexano (hocsac), independientemente de la naturaleza del reactivo del zinc y de la cetona utilizados.
