Se han empleado dispersiones de l\u00e1tex usando altas concentraciones de diferentes electrolitos mono- y divalentes. Los resultados experimentales han sido analizados mediante dos modelos de doble capa el\u00e9ctrica, el objetivo era analizar el efecto del tama\u00f1o de los iones. En primer lugar se ha hecho uso de las expresiones cl\u00e1sicas de doble capa basadas en la ecuaci\u00f3n de poisson-boltzamann en la que los iones se consideran cargas puntuales. Por otro lado, se ha realizado un programa de ordenador con objeto de resolver num\u00e9ricamente un modelo primitivo de doble capa el\u00e9ctrica basado en las ecuaciones integrales hnc\/msa donde las correlaciones de corto alcance entre los iones debido a su volumen de exclusi\u00f3n est\u00e1n incluidas. Este programa se ha dise\u00f1ado de manera que pueda incluir el caso de mezclas de electrolito.  del estudio de la movilidad electrofor\u00e9tica en funci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n de electrolito, s\u00f3lo se observa el fen\u00f3meno de la inversi\u00f3n de carga para las part\u00edculas de mayor densidad de carga superficial y en presencia de altas concentraciones.  los valores experimentales de movilidad, en general, se ajustan mejor mediante un modelo primitivo de doble capa que haciendo uso de los modelos cl\u00e1sicos. Por tanto, la inclusi\u00f3n del tama\u00f3 de los iones en la teor\u00eda permite predecir mejor el comportamiento electrofor\u00e9tico de este tipo de sistemas.  cuando se tienen altas concentraciones de electrolito multivalente, la movilidad electrofor\u00e9tica de las part\u00edculas aqu\u00ed estudiadas no es una funci\u00f3n un\u00edvoca de la densidad de carga superficial. El modelo de gouy-chapman no es capaz de reproducir estos fen\u00f3menos y, aunque el modelo desarrollado en esta tesis mejora los ajustes, no es capaz de predecir
