{"id":24146,"date":"2018-03-09T09:14:58","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:14:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-fases-magnetorresistentes-del-tipo-la0-7a0-3mn1-xmxmo3-donde\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:14:58","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:14:58","slug":"estudio-de-fases-magnetorresistentes-del-tipo-la0-7a0-3mn1-xmxmo3-donde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/pais-vasco-euskal-herriko-unibertsitatea\/estudio-de-fases-magnetorresistentes-del-tipo-la0-7a0-3mn1-xmxmo3-donde\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de fases magnetorresistentes del tipo la0.7a0.3mn1-xmxmo3 donde"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Pe\u00f1a Zorrilla Miren Alazne <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La obtenci\u00f3n de compuestos que presentan magnetorresistencia bajo la acci\u00f3n de un campo magn\u00e9tico no muy elevado, para su posterior aplicaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica es un tema de principal inter\u00e9s en el campo de la ciencia de materiales. en este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo la preparaci\u00f3n de compuestos con estructura perovskita utilizando el m\u00e9todo sol-gel y controlando la relaci\u00f3n mn3+\/mn4+, puesto que es un factor que repercute notablemente en las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas y el\u00e9ctricas de los mismos.  asi, se han obtenido \u00f3xidos mixtos de composici\u00f3n la0.7pb0.3mn1-xmxo3, (donde m = fe, co, ni y 0 menor que x menor que 0.3), que cristalizan en el sistema trigonal, grupo espacial r-3c. Estas fases presentan un comportamiento ferromagn\u00e9tico, para bajas concentraciones de hierro, de tal manera que las temperaturas de orden y los momentos magn\u00e9ticos disminuyen a medida que aumenta el porcentaje de dopaje en las posiciones del manganeso, adem\u00e1s de una transici\u00f3n metal-aislante y propiedades magnetorresistentes a temperaturas pr\u00f3ximas a las correspondientes temperaturas de curie. Se ha estudiado, tambi\u00e9n, el comportamiento de vidrio de esp\u00edn de la fase de plomo dopada con un 20% de hierro utilizando t\u00e9cnicas poco habituales como la espectroscop\u00eda de muones.  por otra parte, las fases dopadas con cadmio y calcio de composici\u00f3n la0.7cd1-xcaxmno3 (donde 0 menor que x menor que 0.3) cristalizan en el sistema r\u00f3mbico, grupo espacial pnma. en este caso, cuanto mayor es el dopaje de calcio mayor es el valor de las temperaturas de curie ya que se refuerza el doble canje aumentando el car\u00e1cter ferromagn\u00e9tico y el comportamiento met\u00e1lico.  las fases de composici\u00f3n la0.7cd0.3mn0.9m0.1o3, donde m = fe, co, ni, muestran separaci\u00f3n de fases estructural cristalizando en el sistema trigonal, grupo espacial r-3c (85%)
