Por ello es una de las t\u00e9cnicas de mayor rendimiento diagn\u00f3stico en estos pacientes. Por otra parte, los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos y la disminuci\u00f3n de los precios de esta tecnolog\u00eda hacen que cada vez sean m\u00e1s accesibles los aparatos de ecograf\u00eda, los ordenadores personales y los programas de educaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la formaci\u00f3n en ecograf\u00eda est\u00e1 poco reglada y, al menos en nuestro pa\u00eds, se basa en t\u00e9cnicas cl\u00e1sicas de formaci\u00f3n que no consideran el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas multimedia.  en este contexto, se ha desarrollado el \u00abtutorial interactivo de ecograf\u00eda pedi\u00e1trica\u00bb, como herramienta de ayudada a la docencia de la ecograf\u00eda. el programa se ha desarrollado a partir de im\u00e1genes ecogr\u00e1ficas normales obtenidas en ni\u00f1os que consultaban por otros motivos en el hospital costa del sol de marbella (m\u00e1laga). La versi\u00f3n definitiva, desarrollada con \u00abflash\u00bb (macromedia), consta de las siguientes partes:  * tutorial interactivo de bases f\u00edsicas (onda sonora, aparatos de ecograf\u00eda e imagen ecogr\u00e1fica).  * simulador de ecograf\u00eda abdominal normal.  * casos problema, basados en el simulador, pero que incluyen im\u00e1genes patol\u00f3gicas.  * test de autoevaluaci\u00f3n.  la validaci\u00f3n del programa se realiz\u00f3 en tres fases:  * fase alfa: presentaci\u00f3n del programa a ecografistas pedi\u00e1tricos expertos y presentaci\u00f3n en el xxvi congreso nacional de la sociedad espa\u00f1ola de radiolog\u00eda m\u00e9dica.  * fase beta: selecci\u00f3n de 17 m\u00e9dicos internos residentes de radiodiagn\u00f3stico y 9 t\u00e9cnicos especialistas en radiodiagn\u00f3stico. A todos se les realiz\u00f3 un cuestionario de conocimientos previos, se les entreg\u00f3 una copia del tutorial y se repiti\u00f3 el cuest<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
