A partir de los tres niveles arriba se\u00f1alados, se ha realizado una lectura que revela los contenidos antropol\u00f3gicos inmersos en el texto literario y relaciona esos contenidos con el discurso antropol\u00f3gico interpret\u00e1ndolos en funci\u00f3n de la estructura cultural del mundo andino y quechua, por ser \u00e9ste el referente de toda la obra arguediana. Algunos de esos contenidos analizados son: la celebraci\u00f3n del turupukllay como elemento real y simb\u00f3lico de reafirmaci\u00f3n de la conciencia y la identidad ind\u00edgenea; la presencia de la utop\u00eda andina actualizada e incorporada en el mito de la patria y de la revoluci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena; la rebeli\u00f3n de las chicheras y la peste como acontecimientos de un mismo fen\u00f3meno cuyo modelo tiene sus ra\u00edces en el taki-onkoy; la quechuizaci\u00f3n de los blancos y las distintas formas de la migraci\u00f3n andina, como respuestas a los conflictos generados por la modernidad en la sierra; y la cosmovisi\u00f3n ind\u00edgena presente en las pautas de conducta no s\u00f3lo de los indios, sino tambi\u00e9n de los mestizos y blancos. Se ha estudiado la influencia en el pensamiento de arguedas de la antropolog\u00eda cultural americana, concretamente la de melville j. hersokovits y ralph linton; se ha mostrado, tambi\u00e9n, la presencia de la intertextualidad de los textos antropol\u00f3gicos en la ficci\u00f3n literaria. por otra parte, el an\u00e1lisis de la estructura narrativa ha permitido descubrir la presencia de un
