{"id":24309,"date":"2003-04-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2003-04-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/nuevas-aportaciones-a-la-automatizacion-anala%c2%adtica-y-a-la-tecnologa%c2%ada-de-las-bebidas-alcoholicas-e-industrias-derivadas\/"},"modified":"2003-04-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2003-04-07T00:00:00","slug":"nuevas-aportaciones-a-la-automatizacion-anala%c2%adtica-y-a-la-tecnologa%c2%ada-de-las-bebidas-alcoholicas-e-industrias-derivadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/nuevas-aportaciones-a-la-automatizacion-anala%c2%adtica-y-a-la-tecnologa%c2%ada-de-las-bebidas-alcoholicas-e-industrias-derivadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevas aportaciones a la automatizaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica y a la tecnolog\u00eda de las bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas e industrias derivadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis describe la puesta a punto de m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos basados en la t\u00e9cnica de inyecci\u00f3n en flujo y dotados de las caracter\u00edsticas adecuadas para sustituir a los m\u00e9todos usuales en los laboratorios de bodega y el aprovechamiento de residuos y obtenci\u00f3n de productos de inter\u00e9s en industrias de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, utilizando la extracci\u00f3n con fluidos sobrecalentados y madera de roble o residuos de la vendimia como materias prima.  se han desarrollado una serie de m\u00e9todos basados en \u00edndices que permiten la determinaci\u00f3n de familias o grupos de compuestos (nitr\u00f3geno f\u00e1cilmente asimilable, catequizas y procianidinas e \u00edndice de polifenoles totales y antocianos) y otros monoparam\u00e9tricos (acidez vol\u00e1til y etanol en vinos) o multiparam\u00e9tricos (urea y amonio en vinos, etanol, grado ac\u00e9tico, metanol y hierro en vinagres) para la determinaci\u00f3n de compuestos vol\u00e1tiles basados en la t\u00e9cnica de pervaporaci\u00f3n.  para la validaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos propuestos se sigui\u00f3 el protocolo de validaciones publicados por la organizaci\u00f3n internacional del vino y la vi\u00f1a, y se obtuvieron las caracter\u00edsticas de dichos m\u00e9todos y la correlaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos de referencia. Los m\u00e9todos.  utilizando la t\u00e9cnica de extracci\u00f3n con fluidos sobrecalentados y mezclas etanol\/agua como lixiviante se obtuvieron extractos utilizando como sustratos madera de roble y residuos procedentes de la vendimia analiz\u00e1ndose mediante cromatograf\u00eda de gases acoplada a un detector de llama o a uno de masas, cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida de alta resoluci\u00f3n y espectroscopia uv-visible.  en ambos casos se realizaron estudios para la optimizaci\u00f3n de las variables de la extracci\u00f3n.  para la madera se compararon los extractos obtenidos con los comerciales y con ambos sustratos se realilzaron estudios de extracci\u00f3n exhaustiva utilizando diferente composici\u00f3n en el extractante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
