Se tomaron 3 submuestras independientes que se analizaron separadamente. Un tercio de cada submuestra se mantuvo sin quemar (i.E., Suelo no quemado) y el resto fue quemado (200\u00c2\u00bac, 1h) y, posteriormente, la mitad del suelo quemado se someti\u00f3 a lluvia simulada (2,3 ml de agua cm2 h-1, equivalente a 0,6 ml de agua g-1 suelo h-1, durante 12 horas), obteni\u00e9ndose as\u00ed muestras de suelo inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de su quema (i.E., Suelo quemado) y despu\u00e9s de la lixiviaci\u00f3n del suelo quemado (i.E., Suelo quemado-lavado).  los suelos enriquecidos, separadamente, con nutrientes inorg\u00e1nicos (0,1g n, 0,05g p,0,05g k,0,01g ca y 0,01g mg kg-1 suelo) y\/o org\u00e1nico l\u00e1bil (1,0g c kg-1 suelo), paja de trigo (2,0g c kg-1 suelo y 0,02g  n kg-1 suelo), gallinaza (2,0g c kg-1 suelo y 0,2g n kg-1 suelo) o cianobacterias (1,5g c kg-1 suelo y 0,2g n kg-1 suelo).  las muestras fueron inoculadas con suelo fresco (0,2%) p:p) e incubadas durante 1 mes a 22\u00c2\u00bac y al 95% de su capacidad de campo. Se determinaron diversas propiedades micriobi\u00f3ticas de los suelos, tales como las poblaciones heter\u00f3trofas (bacterias y longitud del micelio f\u00fangico) y aut\u00f3trofas (cianobacterias y algas), los grupos fisiol\u00f3gicos de los ciclso del c (amilol\u00edticos, celulot\u00edcos y pectinol\u00edticos) y del n (proteol\u00edticos y amonificantes), la respiraci\u00f3n y biomasa microbianas; y la capacidad de la microbiota para degradar sustratos carbonados espec\u00edficos (pol\u00edmeros, carbohidratos, \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos, compuestos fosforilados, amino\u00e1cidos y aminas). Asimismo, se evalularon distintas propiedades abi\u00f3ticas (textura, ph, capacidad de campo, condcutividad el\u00e9ctrica, c org\u00e1nico, c, extra\u00edble, n total, n-nh4+, n-no3-, y p, al3+,
