A continuaci\u00f3n, gracias a la utilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas moleculares como los tp-rapd, 5stp-rapd y 23stp-rapd observamos que nuestros aislados constitu\u00edan 10 subespecies bien definidas dentro de las cuatro especies de g\u00e9nero mesorhizobium. una vez identificadas las subespecies, procedimos a estudiar la diversidad existente dentro de ellas y a realizar una identificaci\u00f3n fenotipica. Por \u00faltimo realizamos un estudio sobre los genes implicados en la nodulaci\u00f3n y fijaci\u00f3n del nitr\u00f3geno ya que no se conoc\u00eda que las especies mesorhizobium amorpha y mesorhizobium tianshanense fueran capaces de nodular y fijar nitr\u00f3geno en simbiosis con cicer arietinum. Los resultados obtenidos en este \u00faltimo estudio, nos permitieron observar que mesorhizobium amorpha y mesorhizobium tianshanense eran capaces de nodular y fijar nitr\u00f3geno en simbiosis con cicer arietinum porque hab\u00edan adquirido por transferencia horizontal los genes simbi\u00f3ticos de mesorhizobium ciceri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
