Para la realizaci\u00f3n de este estudio se han desarrollado y puesto a punto un conjunto de t\u00e9cnicas radiom\u00e9tricas para la medida de redion\u00faclidos emisores alga y gamma.  el an\u00e1lisis de los resultados radioactivos obtenidos a lo largo de acu\u00edfero almonte-marismas nos ha permitido delimitar en \u00e9l sus zonas oxidantes yh reductoras. Estas caracterizaci\u00f3n geoqu\u00edmica se ha basado en el an\u00e1lisis de los resultados obtenidos tanto en disoluci\u00f3n como en suspensi\u00f3n (concentraciones de u en disoluci\u00f3n, k(d), u-234 en exceso, u-234\/u-238). Adem\u00e1s, un modelo simple de dispersi\u00f3n para el u-238 en disoluci\u00f3n en el acu\u00edfero ha permitido estimar la velocidad de flujo de agua que lo transporte.  en relaci\u00f3n al r\u00edo guadiana, se ha comprobado que las actividades mineras realizadas hist\u00f3ricamente en su cauce, as\u00ed como el desastre ecol\u00f3gico producido en 1998, muestran una nula trascendencia radiol\u00f3gica, aunque producen desequilibrios, alteraciones y enriquecimientos selectivos para algunos radion\u00faclidos naturales. en definitiva, el estudio de las actividades y cocientes de diversos radion\u00faclidos naturales han demostrado que \u00e9stos pueden ser utilizados como trazadores de diversos procesos b\u00e1sicos que regulan o han regulado el comportamiento de este
