Su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica a diversos escenarios representativos de la electrificaci\u00f3n rural muestra la importancia de un tratamiento conjunto que incluye la fiabilidad asociada a la aparici\u00f3n de fallos y el posterior tiempo de parada por reparaci\u00f3n, y la fiabilidad asociada al dimensionado con elementos reales, a la aleatoriedad de la radiaci\u00f3n y la incertidumbre del consumo el\u00e9ctrico. Uno de los puntos b\u00e1sicos de todo an\u00e1lisis de confiabilidad, pero que, por su importancia, constituye por s\u00ed mismo el otro gran tema incluido en esta tesis, es la importancia, constituye por s\u00ed mismo el otro gran tema incluido en esta tesis, es la identificaci\u00f3n y estudio de los modos de operaci\u00f3n y fallo m\u00e1s comunes en los sistemas fotovoltaicos aut\u00f3nomos. En esta l\u00ednea, mediante el trabajo de laboratorio se profundiza en la calidad t\u00e9cnica de las bater\u00edas y reguladores de carga de uso com\u00fan en la electrificaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica. se proponen las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas para el control de calidad y los procedimientos de ensayo asociados. Junto a los problemas t\u00e9cnicos individuales detectados en cada elemento, destaca la relevancia de la (falta de) compatibilidad entre bater\u00eda y regulador de carga y su influencia sobre el
